Privacy Policy

Account data. Email address and a display name.

Session and training data. Drill selections, interval settings, rep counts, and per-rep timing you generate while using the clock. Attribution to a roster player (Coach tier).

Roster data (Coach tier). Names, jersey numbers, positions, and notes you enter for players on your team.

Payment data. When you subscribe or purchase Founder access, Stripe collects your payment method and processes the charge. We do not store card numbers, CVCs, or bank details. We receive a non-sensitive customer identifier from Stripe so we can link your purchase to your account.

Technical data. Basic request logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) generated by our hosting infrastructure. Local browser storage for session state and app preferences.

• Deliver monthly audio drops to paid tiers
• Protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents
• Send transactional email (account, receipts, password resets)
• Communicate updates about the Service to signed-in users

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your training data or roster data for advertising.

We share limited data with the following service providers:

• Stripe - payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
• Supabase - database, authentication, and audio storage. Supabase's privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy.
• Vercel - web hosting for itlbaseball.com. Vercel's privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in the case of a business transfer (such as a sale of ITL Baseball).

The Service is not directed to children under 13. Individual player accounts require the user to be at least 13.

Coach accounts may include roster entries for children under 13. When a coach enters a player's name and information, the coach represents that they have consent from the player's parent or guardian to do so. Player roster entries are visible only to the coach's account. Coaches are responsible for informing parents and honoring parent requests to remove a child's information.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us directly, email joe@desaneteam.com and we will delete it.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. The app uses browser local storage to hold client-side session state (for example, the current clock configuration). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

You can access and update your account information from your account page. You can request that we delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing joe@desaneteam.com. Deletion removes your profile, session history, and roster entries. Some records may be retained for legal, tax, or accounting reasons (for example, Stripe receipts).

Residents of California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with data-protection laws may have additional rights (access, correction, portability, objection). Contact us at joe@desaneteam.com to exercise any of these rights.

We retain your account and session data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard practices (encrypted database connections, row-level security, restricted admin access) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to prevent unauthorized access and to respond quickly to any incidents.

The Service is operated from the United States and data is stored on servers in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
